Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

If a specific modality is not requested I will often use Integrative Massage.  This allows me to use a variety of techniques for various bodily conditions.  As I am trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Vacuum Cupping, Soft Tissue Release and Asian Techniques for Sports Massage, I often incorporate one or more of these methods as well.
